1) How is postage calculated?
* All packet masks-
1 to 3 pcs - S$ 0.80
3 to 6 pcs - S$ 1.00
7 to 15 pcs - S$ 1.70
16 to 25 pcs - S$ 2.60
26 to 50 pcs - S$ 3.50
Additional $2.24 is required for registered post.
For order more than 50pcs masks and other items, the postage charges will be emailed to you.
For order more of than $100, can opt to meet at the nearest mrt station.

2) Handling charge
QQ's packaging include bubble wrap, envelopes and boxes (for big items). This is to ensure that our products can reach you safely.
Package masks (up to 5 pcs) - $0.30
Package masks (up to 12 pcs) - $0.50
Other big items - $0.70
This is on top of our normal postage.
Handling charged is waived off for meet up

3) How to order?

Invoice will be emailed to you within 12 hours upon receiving your order.
Your products will only be sent out after payment is received.
Alternatively, you can use our order form to place your order.

4) Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders is NOT accepted once payment has been transferred.
Refund is ONLY applicable due to unavailability of goods.
QQ has experienced "DEAD" customers after submitting of forms.
The definition of "DEAD" is no response or even a courtesy email to inform me of the cancellation.
We DO NOT believe in blacklisting customers as we always want you back to join our QQ family.

5) Payments
Once invoice has been emailed to you, payment has to be made within 24 hours. If there are any problem on your side, please let QQ know in advance.
Our current mode of payment for local shopper is UOB and POSB bank transfer.
For overseas shoppers, you can opt to use paypal which accept mastercards & visa.
Currenly we are looking into the possibility of other payment gateways for the convenience of QQ's beloved customer
COD is only acceptable for purchase above $100.

6) Exchange and refunds
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

7) Delivery of products
All purchased items will target to reach you within 48 hours after confirmation of receipt in our account. Local mail's turnaround time is estimated to be 2 working days. Delay is possible during peak period. Only registered mail could be checked with Singpost
Overseas or more heavy items could be arranged using speedpost.

8) Damaged items
QQ will not be held responsible for all items lost in normal post.
QQ will take great care in packaging before we send out the items. Therefore, we will not hold any responsibility for any lost or damages of items.
